Visa Description
The Non-Immigrant O (NON-O) Visa for Spouse and Family is designed for foreigners who wish to live in Thailand with their Thai spouse or family members. This visa allows eligible applicants to reside in Thailand long-term based on marriage to a Thai national or family relationship with a Thai citizen or a foreigner holding a long-term Thai visa.
The NON-O Family visa provides a stable legal stay in Thailand and may be extended annually, provided eligibility requirements continue to be met.
Important:
The NON-O visa does not automatically grant the right to work. A separate Work Permit and appropriate visa status are required for employment.
